What a great find! You know when you go to a bbq place and the sides are all blah?? Not here! The beans and potato salad were “doctored up” as my husband would say. Lots of meat on the ribs and the pulled chicken was yummy. The fries were a bit soggy, but the cornbread made up for it. The inside was done nicely with live edge tables and a good bar. Our bartender was so nice (forgot her name) and we had a great conversation with Michael, the owner and other bar patrons. Will definitely be back!
Me and my husband came here for lunch this past Saturday and were really impressed. Got the whiskey deviled eggs and wow they were amazing! We both got sandwiches one brisket and the other pulled pork which we loved, the mac and cheese was also really really good! Highly recommended eating here!
Very good food! Plenty to pick from and none of it has left me disappointed. It's worth swinging through to see the daily specials if nearby.
I'm really glad to have a yummy local BBQ spot! My favorite menu items are the maple rub wings & the cheesy grits (with bacon & andouille sausage - photo) They have a mug club, we aren't part of it, but it seems like a good deal.... the place is clean & has a great bar you can sit & eat at (as well as tables). Parking is right out front & easy access on/off rt 125, also the access is a ramp (a bit steep but is wheelchair accessible)
We were seated right away. The waitress came and got our drink orders, gave us plenty of time to peruse the menu before we ordered. There were 4 of us and we all tried something different. I had the pulled chicken and cornbread which was absolutely delicious. My husband had the smash burger and fries which he really enjoyed. One of our friends had the brisket with their Mac and cheese and Cole slaw and our other friend had a platter of food which looked delicious. They both enjoyed their meals and we will definitely be back again. I highly recommend this place.our order came within 5-10 mins which was a great surprise. Our waitress was a delight.
Very cozy atmosphere, the owner greeted and seated us, our waitress Desirae was very friendly and attentive. We got the Carolina pork fries, which were amazing. The fries were crispy and seasoned with a very yummy maple powder, topped with very juicy mild smoked pulled pork and coleslaw. I ordered the double barrel ribs, brisket, cornbread, and beans. It came with 4 big fall off the bone ribs and 5 or 6 slices of brisket with a brown sugar house BBQ. The beans are the best I've ever had. There were several chucks of meat in them, and the cornbread was awesome. I took half of my meal home for leftovers. My boyfriend got the smash burger and which was equally as good. We will be back
The food was wonderful and the service was great. Their pulled pork was tender and perfectly smoked. Their bbq sauce was delicious.
Found this place on google maps and decided to cruise by on the motorcycle. We were very happy we found it. The staff was very nice and made us feel very comfortable. Talked with the owner for a bit and he knows is way around his barbecue and smoker. We will be back, it was awesome!!!
